The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking transferring the inquiry with respect to complaint No.256-VP dated 22.01.2026 and consequent proceedings including investigation, if any filed by respondent No.5. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed representation dated 07.03.2026 before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date. 3.
