REKHA MITTAL, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have already been released on interim bail in pursuance of order dated 30.01.2017. It is further submitted that charge under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 as well has been framed and the petitioners are ready to face the proceedings without any default.

Counsel for the State concedes to this fact.
