******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner filed this petition seeking direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to complete the investigation and file challan in case bearing FIR No. 10 dated 06.01.2017 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.

Learned State counsel submits that after completion of investigation, the police has presented a cancellation report in this case which has been accepted by the learned Magistrate. In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition has been rendered infrucutous.

Dismissed.
