(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.16 dated 19.02.2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 353, 186, 427, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Kharar. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 02.08.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Kewal Krishan, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
