***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 19.02.2019 under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dharam Pal, says that the prosecutrix has appeared before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pathankot on 19.12.2019 and reiterated the allegations as levelled in the FIR.
