(Presence marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.31 dated 16.03.2020, under Sections 408 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 09.07.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel has not controverted the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that, per his instructions, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 09.07.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
