Ms. Anju Sharma Kaushik, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners had served a legal notice upon the respondents before filing the writ petition, copy of the same being Annexure P-12, however, no response thereto has been received till date.

Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to look into the grievances of the petitioners contained in notice ( Annexure P-12), in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this this order, by passing a speaking order. It is observed that in case the petitioners still feel aggrieved after passing of order by the official respondents, then they may take recourse to the legal remedy available to them under the law, if so advised.
