**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 170 dated 28.12.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 342, 506, 34 IPC and Section 67, 67-A of I.T. Act, Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran.

Short affidavit of Sulakhan Singh, DSP, Sub Division Valtoha has been placed on record.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.7.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Counsel also submits that he has also got the sanctioned leave which he had taken from 20.9.2018 to 9.10.2018.

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 27.7.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
