(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 for conducting fair, proper and impartial enquiry against respondents No. 5 to 17, on the representation dated 16.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) and complaint dated 27.05.2017 (Annexure P-2), moved by the petitioner before respondents No. 2 and 3, respectively.

Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case and without commenting upon the merits of the controversy, respondent No. 2Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Amritsar is hereby directed to decide the representation dated 16.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
