This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner FIR No.188 dated 03.10.2021 registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 1 year and 10 months and there are two more cases against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
