Labh Singh and others under Sections 302/34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

At this stage, Mr. D.S. Virk, AAG, Punjab and Mr. Anurag Arora, Advocate, appear and accept notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2, respectively.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the present petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court today in CRM No.M-23363 of 2015, it being out of the same complaint.
