The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.193 dated 9.3.2021 at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, Haryana under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

This Court passed the following order on 28.5.2021: "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that several identical FIRs had been lodged, wherein the accused have been granted anticipatory bail upon depositing of the environment compensation as found due. It has been submitted that in the instant case a balance amount of `2 lakhs, as per the authorities concerned, is required to be deposited as environment compensation and that the petitioner is willing to deposit the same.

( 2 ) CRM-M-18367-2021 (O&M) The learned State counsel does not dispute the fact that some other accused in identical FIRs have been granted the benefit of anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforestated position, it is ordered that the petitioner, in the event of arrest, be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The aforesaid directions are, however, subject to the condition that an amount of `2 lakhs is deposited by the petitioner towards the environment compensation as is stated to have been assessed by the authorities concerned.

Learned State counsel has informed that pursuant to aforesaid directions, the petitioner has deposited the amount of `2 lakhs and has also joined investigation.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner has deposited the environment compensation of `2 lakhs and has also joined investigation, the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 28.5.2021 are hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 19.8.2021 ( Gurvinder Singh Gill ) pankaj Judge Whether speaking /reasoned Yes / No Whether Reportable Yes / No PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.08.19 19:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
