Counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition as some aspects have not been mentioned in the writ petition and prays for liberty to file a fresh one, on the same cause of action. He has also placed on record communication addressed to him dated 23.04.2024 by the petitioners for the said relief. Same is taken on record.
