The petitioners, who had solemnized marriage against the wishes of their parents, approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to official respondents to protect their lives and liberty as they apprehended threat to the same at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 9, who are relatives of the petitioners.

Notice of motion had been issued.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from Inspector Jaswant Singh, has informed that the parties have amicably resolved their issues and that petitioner No.2 Vikas has made a statement to the effect that the petitioners do not apprehend any threat from the private respondents. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
