RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 15 dated 06.03.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Behram, District SBS Nagar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Kaur, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
