It is apparent that there is an alleged agreement to sell between the petitioner and respondent no.3 regarding the sale of land qua which the petitioner's claim is that it was only as a security for a loan which has been returned.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, it is evident that the dispute between the parties is of civil in nature and by filing the present petition an unnecessary twist is sought to be extended. No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
