1. The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of abovementioned FIR.

2. Learned State counsel has informed that as on date all the PWs stand examined and the matter is now at the stage of recording defence evidence.

3. Having regard to the fact that the trial is at its fag end, this Court does not deem appropriate to release the petitioner on regular bail at this belated stage.
