The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the threat perception does not persist to the petitioners as of now and hence, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Since, the petitioner No. 1 is already a married woman, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed, accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any PARUL 2024.04.02 13:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document opinion on the merits of the case.
