(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Beant Kaur, in case FIR No. 696 dated 26.08.2017 registered under Sections 124A, 147, 148, 149, 188, 307, 435, 436, 109, 201, 332, 353, 186 IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 384 of Public Property (Prevention of Damage) Act, 1985, at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa. On instructions from, ASI Ramesh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.04.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
