Resultantly, the present petition is allowed and FIR No.153, dated 22.08.2019, registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner on the basis of the compromise dated 16.01.2020.
