(Presence marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0015 dated 12.01.2020, under Sections 406, 354, 341, 323, 506, 148, 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 11.06.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation. He submits that, per his instructions from ASI Balwant Singh, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 11.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
