Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.184 dated 25.03.2022, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat, under Sections 120-B, 186 and 420 IPC. Vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
