       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.184 dated 25.03.2022, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat, under Sections 120-B, 186 and 420 IPC. Vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Pardeep, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
