Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 24.01.2025, a detailed speaking order dated 30.04.2026 has been passed. 2.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order and thus, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
