Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that vide order dated 16.03.2026 passed in pursuance to the order dated 07.08.2025, the Commissioner has decided the application filed by the petitioners for stay and has granted stay to the petitioners. It is submitted that in view of the same the order of the Division Bench has been complied with. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of. 3.
