The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 05.11.2024 notice was issued to the appellant as learned counsel for the appellant had pleaded no instructions in the matter. As per the Office report, Bishnu Dass (the Mahant), through whom the present regular second appeal has been filed, has since expired. No one has come forward for getting themselves impleaded in place of the deceased Mahant. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
