(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to make encroachment on the land of the petitioner by constructing the wall as a passage leading to the property of the petitioner and other houses.

The prayer lies under injunctory domain for which the petitioner may resort to any other remedy in accordance with law.
