**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) As per report dated 10.10.2014, received from the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana, complainant did not appear for getting his statement recorded in compliance of the order dated 20.8.2014 passed by this Court.

Petitioner has filed the instant petition for quashing of the impugned FIR on the basis of compromise. However, learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant, while referring to the averments taken in the reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2, submits that no compromise, as a matter of fact, has taken place between the parties.
