Fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per the office report, appellant No.1 is stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2 and 7 stand duly served. Appellant Nos.3 to 6 and 8 to 10 remain unserved as they are stated to be married and residing with their in-laws. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant No.1 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant Nos.2 and 7 despite service. This is the only address of appellant Nos.3 to 6 and 8 to 10 which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
