******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 25.02.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of Indian Penal Code and 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, at Police Station Meharban (Ludhiana).

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail as per order dated 12.07.2018. The trial is in progress and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. CRM-M-28784-2018 -2expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 12.07.2018 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
