Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.177 dated 14.09.2013 under Sections 323, 325, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar City.
Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that present petitioner was summoned by the trial Court under Section 319 Cr.P.C. but his name in the FIR was written as Ankur.

CRM No.M-28785 of 2018 -2Present petitioner has not been declared proclaimed offender so far. He is only to face the trial.
Therefore, finding merit in the present petition, the same is allowed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court within fifteen days and on doing so, he shall be released on bail by learned trial Court to its satisfaction.
