(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the instant petition, filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 06.12.2022 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fazilka, as is specifically mentioned in the latest custody certificate, filed today.

In view of the aforestated position, the present petition filed under the provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
