Learned State counsel submits that out of eleven witnesses cited by the prosecution, six have been examined and five have been summoned for 06.09.2018. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
