GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) The report of Warrant Officer has been received. As per the said report, although the search was conducted at the premises of Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, but the detenue could not be recovered. However, Mr. Nikhil Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner has today stated that subsequently the petitioner has been recovered.

In view of the aforestated position, no further direction is required to be issued.

However, it shall be open to the petitioner to have recourse to the appropriate remedies, as may be available to him under law in case he still has any grievance against the respondents. Disposed of accordingly.
