(ORAL) Seen Report of the Warrant Officer dated 15th June, 2020, from which it transpires that the Detenue-Nirmal Kaur, who undisputedly is a woman having attained the age of majority has informed the Warrant Officer that she is staying with Respondent No.4 at her own wish and is not under any detention as claimed by the Petitioner, who happens to be her husband. 2.

It is not for this Court to go into the moral aspects of the alleged Detenue's stay in the house of Respondent No.4 inspite of being a married woman.
