ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.37 dated 18.05.2020, under Sections 307, 341, 379, 336, 427, 188 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 11.06.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel submits that, per his instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, parties have entered into a compromise. He does not controvert the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 11.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
