**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to respondents No. 1 & 4 for registration of FIR against respondents No. 5 to 8 and further for fair and impartial investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated 19.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Abhay Pal Singh Gill, learned Asstt. A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Let three copies of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day. Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 19.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
