IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM-M-28803-2018 Date of decision: 10.12.2018 Joginder Singh ..... Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab ..... Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: None for the petitioner.
Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, DAG, Punjab.
RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Despite the case having been called twice, the petitioner has gone un-represented.
Perusal of file shows that on the previous two consecutive dates i.e. 24.08.2018 and 12.11.2018 also, the petitioner had gone unrepresented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant petition. Resultantly, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
