RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Kulbir Singh @ Vicky in case FIR No.128 dated 12.06.2017 under Sections 341, 324, 323, 506 and 34 IPC (Sections 326 and 307 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar, District Patiala.

On instructions from Head Constable Prem Chand, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 02.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
