**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.87 dated 22.08.2016 under Sections 376, 506, 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station Women Patiala, District Patiala.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 01.09.2017 :- "This is an application that has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the trial Court to admit the petitioner on bail in the eventuality of her surrender before it as she had been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. By order dated 02.08.2017, the petitioner was ordered to be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner herein submits that as the petitioner was summoned by the trial Court under Section 319 Cr.P.C. she should have been directed to surrender before the trial Court and furnish her bail bonds and Satyawan 2017.11.30 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CRM-M-27878-2017 -2surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. I have heard learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of one week and on doing so, she be admitted to bail by the trial Court to its satisfaction. Put up on 29.11.2017, the date already fixed in the main case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.09.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to bail. In view of the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to bail, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the interim bail afforded to the petitioner by the trial Court is made absolute subject to his furnishing fresh bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
