(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.22 dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Section 35 of Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station API, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
