Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Deep Singh, Police Station, Sardulgarh, District Mansa,submits that in compliance of the interim directions dated 20.08.2015 issued by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions dated 20.08.2015 issued by this Court, are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
