At this stage Sh. Sumit Batra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the bank.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of all other alternate efficacious remedies. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
