State of Haryana and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Varun Gupta,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner claims to be a nephew of one Mohan Lal who died on 15.7.2006. At that time inquest proceedings under Section 174 Cr.PC were completed and as per post mortem report the cause of death was stated to be natural death.

It appears that since said Mohan Lal was residing with others who possibly became beneficiaries of his estate, petitioner pursued the matter and finally FIR No.216 dated 2.12.2014 for the offences under Sections 302/120-B/193/194/195/463 IPC was registered at PS Ateli through the process of the Court. Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for transfer of investigations to some independent investigating agency or from some senior police officer of the rank of SP as petitioner does not expect fair and impartial investigation at the hands of respondents 3 and 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner this Court is of the opinion that no case warranting transfer of investigation to any RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.08.21 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

As per status report of the investigations submitted by Ashwani Kumar of PS Ateli before the Court of JMIC Narnaul the cause of death on receipt of report of PGIMS Rohtak, Mohan Lal died of Tuberculosis.

Dismissed.
