Similarly, second petition for pre-arrest bail bearing CRM-M No.12520 of 2014, filed by the petitioner was again dismissed on merits, vide a detailed order dated 21.04.2014, by this Court. As no fresh ground, much less cogent, to entertain is made out, therefore, the instant third petition for anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed as such.
