ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the recovery effected from the petitioner is of 5.00 Kgs of Heroin and the petitioner is a foreign national and till date, no prosecution witness has been examined and considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for the last 02 year and 04 months, this petition may be disposed of by issuing some time bound direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial.

Disposed of accordingly.
