(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 64, dated 30.07.2020, under Sections 323, 365, 376-D, 506, 120-B (later on Section 376 converted into Section 376-D of IPC), registered at Women Police Station, District Sonipat (Haryana).

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 21st May, 2021, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Menka, states that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 21st May, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
