(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 81 dated 28.03.2016, registered at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 363/366-A IPC and (Section 376 IPC added lateron).

After going through the contents of the petition, it seems that it is a case of run away marriage where the daughter of the complainant had solemnized marriage with the petitioner and had further sought protection from the Sessions Court on 14.03.2016 (P-2) wherein the prosecutrix stated that she intends to go with her husband. Keeping in view the fact that it is a case of run away marriage and the prosecutrix wants to go with the petitioner, this Court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer.
