***** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.33 dated 22.02.2022, under Sections 376-AB of IPC (Section 120-B IPC added later on) and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
