Jaspal Singh, J The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.136 dated April 26, 2013 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 186, 332, 353, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station, Surajkund, District Faridabad and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated July 31, 2015 (Annexure P-2)/ affidavits dated August 13, 2015 (Annexure P-3 and P-4). Crl. Misc. No.M-27869 of 2015 [2] In compliance of order dated August 20, 2015, report of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Faridabad, has been received to the effect that compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the same is not due to any threat, coercion and undue influence from the accused side ad is a volunteer act of the parties. Even otherwise, matter involved is personal in nature which has been amicably put at rest. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that continuation of criminal proceedings between the parties would be an abuse of process of law and present compromise is for their benefit and will bring peace and harmony between them. Consequently, instant petition stands allowed and FIR No.136 dated April 26, 2013 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 186, 332, 353, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station, Surajkud, District Faridabad and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
