Considering this aspect of the matter, FIR No. 146 dated 26.12.2009 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 452, 323, 427, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Jaitu, District Faridkot and all subsequent proceedings0 arising therefrom, qua the petitioners are quashed, in view of the fact that a private complaint filed by respondent No. 2 against the petitioners is still pending adjudication before the trial Court. The instant petition stands disposed of.
